Everything is connected.

This week in the yoga classes I’ve attended, we’ve been exploring the link between our hearts and minds.

When we reflect on an idea, concern or thought, are we using our heart or mind? The mind forces us to see reason and logic. The heart helps us become empathetic and retrospective.

Both provide clarity in our lives.

We focus on yoking, or uniting, (that’s what yoga means) our hearts and minds through breath work, movement, meditation and stillness.

When we slow down and focus on the connection, answers seem to fall into place. Do you notice that too?
