I know I’m not alone. The reality of managing an ongoing, chronic health issue is TOUGH. The daily anxiety over wondering if tomorrow is going to be a good day, or another one riddled with pain, fatigue, mind fog, sadness and worry is a lot to manage.
I get it.

While I’m in low-power mode, I’m doing a lot of reading and podcast-listening to information related to chronic health issues, chronic stress and deep seeded trauma that can trigger physical health issues.
I’m in awe of the case studies and research I’m consuming. Honestly, If I could turn back the clock, I’d probably major in journalism and neuroscience (rather than journalism and global studies) in college because the information about how the brain processes, stores and recalls details from our senses is absolutely captivating.
In the coming weeks, months…who knows…I’ll be sharing more content related to these areas because I’m learning how deeply connected the mind’s functions impact our physical health.
Seriously, it’s been an awakening for me.
I hope you’ll follow along as I learn. You might discover a tidbit or two that sheds light on your health concerns. We are ALL managing something. We ALL have bodies and brains. It’s ALL connected.
Until next time,
