This is probably one of the main reasons I love meditation and Shavasana. As a writer, so many article topics, headlines, sentences and projects pop in for me to review during these relaxed minutes.
I keep my journal or a notebook handy so I can jot down the fleeting thoughts. Some stick and turn into blog posts, journal entries, pitches to my content marketing clients or social media updates.
Today I’ve decided I’m going to explore one of these thoughts via a new type of content here at Cupcakes and Yoga Pants. Memes! As you know I adore photography, writing and reading. I’m going to combine all three by creating memes with photography, words of affirmation, quotes from books I’m reading, mantras, lines from my own writing and intentions.
My overarching goal with this blog is to inspire myself and others to make health decisions one day at a time, and if you’re like me, reminders help to stay on track. Seeing these memes come together on my screen as I create them, pop up online and get shared is part of my healing process. I hope they’re helpful for you too.
