Deliver Me!

I love simplicity. Last fall when the hubby and I shared one vehicle (the other was getting repairs) I slim lined a lot of my errands by moving them online.

HyVee Aisles Online started delivering my weekly grocery order. Amazon Prime brought holiday purchases to my door. Chewy.com made sure my pups didn’t go hungry. Walmart’s 2-day free shipping was helpful. And, Amazon Prime Pantry kept the linen closet stocked with toilet paper!

Now, even though we have both vehicles available, I’m still using the convenience of online delivery options. Why?

  • Delivery services save me from expending my precious physical energy.
  • I don’t have to deal with crowded parking lots or poor customer service.
  • Ordering online is faster than running around town, which saves me time.

And finally, these conveniences lead to less stress, and that’s a big positive health move for me!

I adore having things brought to me. 🙂

My husband and I share a car and so shopping online and having items delivered is awesome from that standpoint, but it means I have to “people” less when I do have access to the car. Peopling can be so difficult some days. 🙂

Hi Cricket, I can totally relate! It’s tough to “people” when they’re in hurry or rude. We had two poor customer service experiences in local stores in a week, and I’m like, “Let’s just go home and buy these things online!” ~Angela
