Yes, I raised my horns on my wedding day. #raiseyourhorns
It’s easy to talk about spending time at the gym or making healthier meal choices. But, when it comes to mental health, often, it’s a hush-hush topic.
But, why?
I love that celebrities are actively working to break the stigma that mental health is a taboo topic. We ALL need to work through emotions and feelings.
So, let’s talk about it.
When I found out that one of my favorite musicians launched a hashtag to create unity and a platform for open conversation about mental health, I was thrilled. If you haven’t yet discovered Lzzy Hale’s #raiseyourhorns campaign, hop over to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter and start digging in.
if you are feeling like you are the only in this world that feels the way you do, search #RAISEYOURHORNS . Just in the past few days sooo many of you have bravely posted and raised their horns to raise awareness of the mental health stigma! You are Not Alone!

People everywhere are sharing pictures of themselves throwing up the rock n’ roll horns, stories about their own mental health challenges and offering words of encouragement to others.
Support is a beautiful, kind thing.
